These photos are backwards...but you'llget the idea:) When Kayson was born he was a little jundice (sp) which all but Ashlyn have been so we had to go back into the hopsptial so he could do some suntanning. We had him in the sun lots before we took him in, but it just wasn't enough and since it was Feb. we didn't have a lot of sunshine. After we got home from that, things were going well until he got a stuffy nose and cough from one of his siblings (kind of hard to avoid when its all around the house). He was getting worse so we took him in and his oxygen was supposed to be in the 90s and it was 79% so back to the hopsital we went! Keith took the days off work and got some good experience with our other 3 at home:) One of the things he experienced was how messy the house could get in a short amount of time even if they had just picked it up:) I just had to laugh as he was telling me how it was going:)! After being in the hospital for 3 days with a little prodding we were able to come home and be able to celelbrate Kannon's 2nd birthday with him! I was so sad that I wasn't there in the morning to make him his birthday breakfast and help his day be great, but Keith was there so that was good. And thankgoodness he is only 2 and probably won't remember. We cancled his formal birthday party that night and just had one as a family, and then later did a party with Ashlyn's birthday (post about that later). Anyways so we are so happy to be able to come and go as we want without having to pack around oxygen and that he is well and healthy! Needless to say with all of these things...we got broke in quick with having four kids and it was a little crazy!
the day we got to go home. They sent us home with oxygen on wheels. I am so grateful for modern medicine even though it stunk:)

He had to get an IV because he was dehydrated. This was probably the most horrible thing I have whitnessed with all of my kids. The nurses did there best, but babies are hard to get a good IV especially when they are sick and it took 3 tries:(
